Your CNIC number is collected at registration for age verification purposes. A document photo is not required for regular gameplay. Once a deposit has been processed and credited to your bpexchang account, it cannot be cancelled or reversed — this is standard for all online payment systems. If you made a deposit in error or the wrong amount, contact bpexchang support. For failed or pending deposits that have left your wallet but not yet appeared in your balance, contact support with the transaction reference number.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the applicable wagering requirement.
