These Terms and Conditions govern your use of bpexchang and everything that happens on the platform — from account creation through to deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and responsible gaming. Please read them carefully before you register.
The bpexchang terms are written in plain language. These six points are the most important things to understand before you create your account.
bpexchang is exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. Age verification is a mandatory step in account registration. Any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted exactly one bpexchang account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered with different phone numbers or email addresses by the same person — will be closed and bonus funds cancelled.
bpexchang operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits, balances, bets, winnings and withdrawals are all processed in PKR. There is no foreign currency conversion involved at any point on the platform.
Claiming any bpexchang promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific bonus terms, including applicable wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
Any attempt to defraud bpexchang — including chip dumping, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated bots, or exploiting technical errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
bpexchang provides deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. By registering, you acknowledge these tools exist and agree to use them if your gaming behaviour is causing you or others concern.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and bpexchang ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by bpexchang, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use bpexchang. bpexchang reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of bpexchang after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a material change is made, bpexchang will notify registered players via email or platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

To register and use bpexchang, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
bpexchang may require age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension of the account and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
Each individual is permitted to hold one active bpexchang account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If bpexchang detects duplicate accounts, all accounts other than the first-registered account will be closed, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and bonus balances forfeited without exception.
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your bpexchang account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information — particularly with respect to age or identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and may have legal consequences.
bpexchang may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence for identity and age verification. Failure to cooperate with a verification request within 14 days will result in account suspension.
All bpexchang accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This cannot be changed after account creation. bpexchang does not support multi-currency accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpexchang account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bpexchang will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to bpexchang support immediately.
All activity that occurs on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify bpexchang of unauthorised access. bpexchang recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
Security Alert: If you suspect that your bpexchang account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately via live chat. We will freeze your account within 60 seconds of receiving your report.
bpexchang accepts deposits via the following payment methods only: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa debit card, and Mastercard debit card. No other payment methods are accepted. bpexchang does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.
The minimum single deposit at bpexchang is Rs 200. Maximum daily deposit limits vary by account tier and payment method — see the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current limits. bpexchang may adjust these limits at any time with notice via the platform.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your bpexchang account within 60 seconds. IBFT bank transfers are credited within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank. Card deposits are credited within 5 minutes.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. bpexchang does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
bpexchang does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may charge transaction fees — these are the responsibility of the player and are not under bpexchang's control.
Withdrawals can be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account. bpexchang does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.
The minimum single withdrawal at bpexchang is Rs 500. There is no platform-imposed maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though individual payment method limits may apply.
bpexchang may require full identity verification before processing a withdrawal above Rs 100,000 in a single transaction, or if the account has not previously completed verification. This is a security and compliance requirement, not an attempt to delay payment.
Funds derived from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real-money deposited funds are always withdrawable, subject only to verification requirements. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance only — your deposited funds remain withdrawable.
All bonuses offered by bpexchang are subject to individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. These Terms provide the general framework that applies to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Most bpexchang bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms. The standard wagering rates at bpexchang are:

bpexchang reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, making low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements with no genuine gaming intent, or exploiting errors in bonus crediting systems.
You may request removal of an active bonus at any time before wagering requirements are met by contacting bpexchang support. Removal forfeits the unclaimed bonus and any wagering progress, but your deposited funds become immediately withdrawable.

All games on bpexchang use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested. bpexchang does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel.
Each game on bpexchang has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface. bpexchang may apply global bet restrictions to accounts during promotional periods or where wagering activity is inconsistent with genuine gaming intent.
In the event of a technical fault — including server errors, disconnections, or software bugs that interrupt a game round — bpexchang will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the bet amount for the affected round will be refunded. bpexchang is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection failures on the player's side.
bpexchang reserves the right to void any bet where: there is evidence of system error, the bet was placed using funds derived from a fraudulent transaction, or the bet forms part of an identified coordinated fraud attempt. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance at the stake amount.
Live Casino games at bpexchang are subject to the specific rules of each individual game as announced by the dealer on stream. In the event of a dispute, the video recording of the session is the definitive record. bpexchang's decision regarding live game disputes is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bpexchang and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

bpexchang will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law or these Terms.
bpexchang reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — bpexchang will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and via an on-platform notification.
Your continued use of bpexchang following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bpexchang, you agree to first contact bpexchang's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. bpexchang aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 days of receiving a formal complaint.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties. Class action claims against bpexchang are not permitted under these Terms.
Disputes regarding individual game outcomes should be submitted to bpexchang support within 30 days of the disputed game round. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. bpexchang will review game server logs and, where applicable, live stream recordings to determine the correct outcome.
